What I Offer
I offer both 1 to 1 personal training, online coaching and mobile personal training to make coaching flexible and easier to fit around your lifestyle.
In person sessions take place at The Gym Group Straiton Edinburgh, while mobile PT allows you to train from home, a garage, driveway, garden, or local park, with all equipment provided. Online coaching just takes an enquiry which turns into a phone call consultation.
The focus is on helping you build strength in a realistic and sustainable way that supports both your physical and mental wellbeing long term.

My coaching is built around strength training for longevity and helping you build a stronger, healthier body that supports you for years to come.
Strength training does not make people bulky overnight, and it is absolutely possible to lose weight while getting stronger at the same time. The goal is to improve confidence, fitness, movement, and overall health through structured training that is realistic and sustainable long term.
Why I Coach
I originally got into fitness because I was tall, skinny, and lacked confidence growing up. Over time, training became about much more than changing physically. It gave me structure, improved my mental health, and became a huge part of my everyday life.
That experience is a big reason why I coach the way I do now. I know the positive impact training can have both physically and mentally, and my aim is to help people build strength and confidence in a way that genuinely improves their quality of life long term.
